I've been doing the work in therapy to develop healthier coping mechanisms,

but so far my go-to coping mechanism is just telling people I'm doing the work in therapy.

My therapist suggested I find a hobby to de-stress.

So now I just stress about whether I'm monetizing my hobbies enough.

I've been reading about the benefits of having a 5-year plan

but my rent is month-to-month, so that's about as far as I'm thinking

My therapist said my avoidant attachment style keeps me from genuine connection.

So naturally, I've just been avoiding their emails.
