I've been trying to develop a growth mindset in therapy

but it's hard when my student loans are still in a fixed mindset about being paid

My boomer parents told me to 'just invest in a diversified portfolio.'

I told them my diversified portfolio is currently four different streaming subscriptions and a crippling student loan.

My therapist asked me what my five-year plan was.

I told her, 'Survive and maybe afford therapy for another five years?'

My therapist told me I need to check in with myself daily to process my emotions.

I told her I can't afford that many co-pays.
