I told my therapist I was having trouble committing to consistent routines because of my disorganized attachment style.

She just sighed and said, 'So you're saying you're disorganized?'

My idea of a 'starter home' is buying a large storage unit.

And just living in that.

I'm really committed to 'doing the work' in therapy.

So committed, I've created an elaborate mental filing system for all the healthy habits I'm actively *not* doing.

I've been trying to work on my anxiety in therapy

Now I'm just anxious about not making progress in therapy
