I'm waiting for my yearly performance review to find out if I'm getting disowned or not

I'm really committed to 'doing the work' in therapy.

So committed, I've created an elaborate mental filing system for all the healthy habits I'm actively *not* doing.

I'm trying to work on my avoidant attachment style.

My current strategy is mostly just avoiding any situation that might trigger it.

I've been reading all these self-help books to improve my mental health

now my apartment is just a pile of unread books and unfulfilled potential
