I've been trying to practice self-compassion in therapy

but it's hard when my inner critic has a stronger Twitter presence than my inner peace

I told my therapist I understand all my unhealthy patterns now.

She asked what I plan to do, and I said, 'Probably just keep understanding them.'

My boss scheduled a 'wellness check-in' meeting,

and I nearly had a stress attack just putting it on my calendar.

I've been trying to develop a self-care routine

but so far it just consists of buying face masks and calling it 'me time'
