I told my wife she was going to start a tree-mendous gardening career

but she just wanted to branch out and try something new

I went to the bakery and saw a pie with a face on it

So I was at the beach with my kids, and we saw a big sandcastle that someone had built. The kids were impressed by how tall it was, and we started talking about who could have made it. I joked that it must have been a professional builder, and then I saw the sign next to it that said

it was a 'castle' in the sand, built by a 'grain' architect

I was trying to learn a new song on my guitar the other day, spending hours practicing. My fingers were really starting to hurt from pressing down on all those strings and trying to get the melody just right.

It was quite a fretting experience!
