I'm trying to buy a house, but the market is crazy

Now I'm just anxiously attached to my therapist.

I've been trying to practice self-compassion in therapy

but it's hard when my inner critic has a stronger Twitter presence than my inner peace

My therapist said I need to validate my own emotions.

So my emotions validated that I needed another nap.
