My girlfriend asked me to help her with a new recipe last night. She said it needed a lot of careful preparation, a firm grip, and then I really had to beat it hard until it was stiff and peaked, ready for her to spread it out and enjoy.

Turns out she was just making meringue.

I went to a fancy wine tasting last night, and the sommelier was very particular about how we should enjoy the wine.

She kept saying, 'Swirl it gently, get your nose deep in the glass, and take a long, satisfying swallow.'

My new personal trainer told me she wanted me to really get down and dirty on the mat. She said I needed to get on my hands and knees, arch my back, and then slowly push and pull, making sure to really get deep into it for a full range of motion.

...I never knew yoga could be so intense.

I've been taking private dance lessons from a professional instructor, and she's been teaching me about the importance of proper mounting and dismounting techniques.

Now I can finally do the salsa without getting tangled up in my own feet.
